“Rhythima communicated very well with the supervising team, and showed discipline and respect to the research groups she contributed to. She also maintained good relations with the external stakeholders (based in India) throughout the work, even when though research was remotely conducted. She is an industrious student with a pleasant personality. Throughout the thesis and her energy club work, Rhythima demonstrated great perseverance and initiative. Not only she showed great motivation, but worked on the research from scratch with developing the research questions, bringing insights and putting all the coursework knowledge to application. “
