MEET THE TEAM

Hi, I'm Rhythima! Years of hiking, travelling, and reading about the world have shaped my guiding belief: one planet, one community. This idea inspired me to create Arth-Consultancy, a platform that connects people and organisations striving for environmental and social impact. I’ve learned that lasting and meaningful transformation—“Arth” or “अर्थ” in Hindi and Marathi—comes only from a holistic approach that recognises how deeply organisations influence both society and the environment.

I believe my expertise allows to assist your organization in cultivating environmental consciousness and fostering social equity, all while delivering a genuine impact. I am experienced in engineering modelling and data analysis methods, fundraising, project and organizational management. I have delivered workshops to various teams. I had the opportunity to collaborate with large-scale commercial projects and for-profit companies, to small and large tech startups, to various humanitarian support NGOs across the globe. I'm also eager to adapt to your organization's unique requirements, ensuring that our collaborative efforts yield a "meaningful" and sustainable impact.

Hi, I am Eashan. I am a scientist-turned-entrepreneur hailing from Assam in India, with a mixed background in Engineering and Biology. In the past, I have worked in several technical and social-innovation projects together with my co-founder – Rhythima, and led fundraising activities, implemented grassroot networks for distribution of food and other necessary items during Covid lockdowns, and helped to build digital classrooms in remote communities globally.

I am passionate about developing innovative solutions to counter socio-economic challenges, especially those faced by Northeastern Himalayan communities. I enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams comprising of academics, researchers, industry leaders, and social workers. I am well versed in grant writing, project management, and public outreach. I spend my free hours playing tennis, running, and when I have more time, I like taking long-distance cycle trips.

Hi, I’m Ani. I am a data analyst/engineer/manager/person with professional experience in manufacturing, econometrics, and geochemistry. My work has streamlined user-unfriendly legacy data pipelines with lightweight alternatives that are modular and easier to debug. I have had the privilege of working closely with managers who understand the power of sound digital infrastructure; and consequently, I have developed a passion for turning good ideas into great businesses.

I have an MSc in Energy Systems and Data Analytics from UCL, where I learnt how machine learning could diagnose societal issues in innovative and unexpected ways. I would like to explore the possibilities of these nascent – but powerful – techniques through the course of my career.
